Phase 1

Development

Each product has specific properties and customer requirements that packaging must meet. We develop suitable packaging for every problem. We do this by making a thorough inventory of wishes and/or problems and analysing this down to the last detail.

Development
Phase 2

Concept

It starts with developing initial ideas that incorporate the wishes and necessary requirements to produce an item of conceptual packaging. We work with local partners to create an initial prototype, such as a printed 3D model

Phase 3

Tools

We use this concept to draw moulds, have a construction appraised and ultimately built by local partners. We also assess the automation required for assembly, quality control and packaging.

Phase 4

Production

There is a considerable amount of technology involved in the production of packaging. We integrate all the necessary tools in production and tailor this to our injection moulding machines. An initial pilot run is now within sight.

Phase 5

Assembly

Assembling a product can pose various challenges. In addition to the possibility of having this done fully or semi-automated, we also have our own manual assembly department. This enables us to offer the right solution for every type of packaging.

Phase 6

Quality

Our quality department ensures product and food safety during production. They are involved in all development phases and apply current legislation and regulations. An ISO 22000 certification enables us to produce packaging for food products.

Phase 7

Logistics

A central location is the perfect base for national and international shipping. We also use local parties for the logistical movements.
